By using Laser mapping to measure the mechanical manufacturing defects and plug the numbers to the controller, the machine will run in a much higher accuracy, which means the machine can be presented to new sectors. 

The error correction will be automatically calculated to be proportional to the head position for the maximum precision possible.

Another use can be implemented when using 3D mapping, is to scan the table before cutting and sending the sheet imperfection map to the controller,  the controller will then follow the map to keep constant distance for the head.

With the New Vision feature, the customer will be able to nest the parts over the leftover sheets he/she had from previous cuts.

This feature is very helpful for any job shops specially for marble water jet machines .
